Your Role
We are seeking a Founding Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist who will take charge of pipeline generation and establish Sapien’s demand generation engine from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing the systems, campaigns, and strategies that present Sapien to the right CFOs, business intelligence, and finance leaders on a large scale.
In collaboration with the executive team, you will transform initial traction into a sustainable, scalable go-to-market framework. This includes conducting outbound experiments, establishing demand generation infrastructure, qualifying leads, and paving the way for future expansions, whether it involves a sales team, a partner channel, or enterprise operations.
Your Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation
Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns aimed at finance executives, covering everything from Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition to messaging, sequencing, and iterative improvements.
Source, qualify, and advance leads through the sales funnel; you will be accountable for top-of-funnel activities and maintaining pipeline momentum.
Engage in continuous experimentation, exploring new channels, strategies, and tactics. Analyze performance metrics to determine effective methods and discontinue ineffective ones.
Demand Generation
Develop and implement Sapien's demand generation engine through content creation, events, paid advertising, partnerships, and community engagement, focusing on what drives qualified leads.
Collaborate with the founders on crafting the company’s positioning, messaging, and narrative to shape market perception of Sapien.
Establish and oversee the growth infrastructure, including CRM systems, pipeline tracking, stage definitions, dashboards, and templates.
Customer Engagement
Cultivate relationships with potential customers, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to customer acquisition.
