The Overview

As the Founding Head of Conversion, you will take charge of the entire journey from a paid click to a Viktor signup. You will be responsible for deploying landing pages within just three days and conducting substantial CRO tests that go beyond superficial changes. Your technical skills will allow you to code and design with ease, whether in an IDE or Figma.

What’s Happening

Viktor is scaling its paid advertising efforts across Meta and Google, with a target to double our volume in the next two quarters. Your role in conversion optimization will directly influence our revenue, as every percentage point increase translates to significant annual recurring revenue.

Currently, there is no one overseeing the entire conversion process, from landing pages to funnel optimization and site information architecture. You will be our first leader in this space.

You will inherit a strong foundation: our Media Buying landing page has already achieved the best CPA in our account, with the E-commerce and Agencies landing pages set to follow. With imminent expansion into MS Teams, the groundwork is laid for your success. Your task is to maintain and accelerate our pace of delivery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the velocity of paid landing pages. Aim for new landing pages weekly, establishing a three-day turnaround as the standard. Each paid segment we target will have its dedicated landing page, and it's your responsibility to ensure they are ready before ad spend begins.

  • Conduct rigorous CRO experimentation. Maintain four to eight live tests concurrently, and aim to launch two to three new tests weekly by day 60. Focus on meaningful hypotheses that genuinely impact conversion rates.

  • Manage the entire signup funnel. From the moment users click on a paid ad until they sign up, this process is yours to optimize. You will collaborate with the Growth PM at the point of signup.

  • Take charge of the website's information architecture. This will be a long-term project with a 90+ day timeline, delivered incrementally rather than through a major overhaul.

  • Write your own code. You will operate independently until we bring a dedicated Growth Engineer on board in Phase 3, so being comfortable in the IDE is essential.

  • Collaborate closely with the CMO and co-founders. Fryderyk and Peter are invested in how Viktor is perceived from the moment a prospective buyer arrives. Their insights combined with your data-driven approach to conversion will lead to successful outcomes.
