About Rebar
Rebar is revolutionizing the commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing supply sectors with our innovative operating system. Our first-generation quoting product has rapidly expanded, enabling thousands of quotes weekly and achieving double revenue growth shortly after our Series A funding. Recently backed by $14 million from prominent investors in construction technology, we are poised for substantial growth and seek a Founding Marketing Manager to drive our sales initiatives.
Our platform employs cutting-edge AI to streamline estimating and takeoff processes for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing firms, utilizing proprietary computer vision technology to analyze blueprints quickly and accurately. This innovation drastically reduces the time estimators typically spend on these tasks.
Our sales success is evident with an 82% close rate when prospects are aware of our brand, and our 27-day sales cycle is exceptionally swift for enterprise software. Now, we must elevate brand awareness to match our impressive product capabilities.
The HVAC distribution market in the U. S. is valued between $60 billion and $76 billion, with a concentration among a limited number of distributor and rep firms. Our ideal customer profile includes companies generating between $20 million and $250 million in revenue, representing a promising market segment that we aim to grow into a much larger customer base.
Your Role
This position focuses on creating demand rather than simply capturing existing demand. Many potential customers are unaware of our solution because they haven't considered the role of AI in analyzing blueprints. When they discover our product, their response is overwhelmingly positive. However, reaching these key decision-makers requires a unique marketing strategy tailored for our target market.
As we navigate this pivotal growth phase, the Marketing Manager will be instrumental in transitioning our perception from a niche solution to the standard choice for pragmatic majority customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline initiatives and marketing-generated revenue: You will be responsible for achieving pipeline targets and delivering qualified opportunities to our sales team. You will develop metrics to differentiate between marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced leads and establish a robust measurement framework.
