Your Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruiting process, sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier engineers, operators, and product leaders.
- Collaborate closely with founders to anticipate hiring needs and create scalable hiring processes.
- Design and refine recruiting funnels, metrics, and candidate experiences.
- Promote FurtherAI’s vision and culture to prospective candidates.
- Forge strong connections within technical and entrepreneurial circles.
- Establish and document best practices, interview rubrics, and onboarding processes for our recruitment efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
