The Role
We are seeking a Founding GTM Recruiter to collaborate directly with our founders and senior leadership team to expand our Go-To-Market team.
This is not merely a transactional recruiting position. You will play a pivotal role as a founding member of our talent function, overseeing the entire GTM hiring process during a critical growth phase.
You will set high standards, develop processes, and actively drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the complete cycle of recruiting for GTM roles.
- Work closely with founders and executive leadership to convert growth objectives into actionable hiring strategies.
- Create high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct streamlined, high-standard interview processes, ensuring strong candidate experience and calibration.
- Maintain selectivity, prioritizing quality over quantity.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and take on significant accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Go-To-Market roles preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
