Key Responsibilities:Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including budget versus actual analysis, headcount tracking, and compensation trend reviews to support informed decision-making. Examine key business metrics and performance trends to uncover risks, opportunities, and areas for financial improvement. Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and ROI analyses across various departments. Contribute to the establishment and enhancement of the financial data infrastructure to facilitate more accurate, timely, and informed decision-making throughout the organization. Required Skills:Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A or business finance, preferably within a SaaS or rapidly growing technology environment. Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau is advantageous. Exceptional financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
