The Role
As a Freelance Event Producer, you will be an integral part of our Event Production team, reporting to one of our Event Leads. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of esteemed clients such as IMG, Boiler Room, RHS, and many others, overseeing events that span various sectors including music festivals, cultural events, and holiday celebrations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with our supply team to curate outstanding food and beverage lineups, ensuring supplier details are accurate and up-to-date, managing site payments, and overseeing the event from load-in to load-out.
