Qualifications
Your ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for customer inquiries. Deliver exceptional support and build engaging relationships during every customer interaction. Promote HelloFresh products and benefits based on current demand. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively. Work towards achieving Customer Care team KPIs and targets set by management. Document and report issues to relevant departments. Propose improvements for internal procedures and processes. Manage internal projects as needed. Actively support and positively represent the HelloFresh brand. Become an expert in company policies, tools, and systems. What We Are Looking ForMinimum of 6 months experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO setting. Fluency in both French and English. Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City and Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
