We are on the lookout for a New Partner Experience Advisor to join our centralized hub. In this exciting role, you will represent Deliveroo to our newest French-speaking partners, ensuring that every small and medium-sized business (SMB) has a smooth and successful onboarding experience on our platform.
Your Responsibilities
As part of our Restaurant Onboarding team, you will help centralize all restaurant launch activities, creating a European hub that guarantees a consistent and exceptional experience for each partner joining the Deliveroo community.
Here’s what your daily tasks may include:
- Facilitate Partner Onboarding: Serve as the main point of contact for new restaurant partners, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring they are ready to take their first orders.
- Deliver Outstanding Support: Provide top-notch assistance by addressing partner inquiries and resolving requests efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless transition for partners from initial sale to their first delivery.
- Implement Daily Outreach Plans: Maintain high outbound activity levels and organized call strategies to achieve ambitious KPIs while ensuring a positive partner experience.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Keep all internal systems updated with precise partner information and progress tracking.
Qualifications for Success
Essential Skills:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Communication Proficiency: Strong phone presence with the confidence to make regular outbound calls to restaurant partners.
