Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Web Developer with extensive experience in WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and contemporary website builders to create high-performing, conversion-focused websites. This remote role will involve transforming Figma designs into fully functional, responsive websites that integrate flawlessly with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert Figma designs into responsive, high-performance websites.
- Build and manage websites utilizing WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and Wix.
- Develop and customize WordPress themes leveraging builders like Elementor.
- Integrate marketing automation systems with platforms such as HubSpot, MailChimp, and ActiveCampaign.
- Design landing pages that are optimized for lead generation and conversions.
- Ensure website optimization for speed, SEO best practices, and overall performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain website functionality.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective CRM and automation workflows.
- Continuously enhance UX/UI and conversion performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of front-end web development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in WordPress (including Elementor), Webflow, and Squarespace.
- Strong skills in converting Figma designs into functional websites.
- Experience in integrating websites with HubSpot, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, and similar marketing tools.
- Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Proven ability to build high-converting landing pages.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Adept at functioning in a fast-paced, marketing-focused environment.
