Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline. Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing production-grade mobile and/or web applications. Core Framework Mastery: Proven, hands-on experience with Flutter and/or React Native for cross-platform development. Knowledge of React or Next.js for web applications is highly regarded. Deployment Expertise: A profound understanding of mobile app store submission, launch, and update procedures. UI/UX Proficiency: Strong technical acumen in authentication and authorization processes, as well as proficiency in UI design using tools like Figma. Engineering Best Practices: Extensive knowledge of coding standards, design patterns, source control, and test automation. Observability & Infrastructure: Familiarity with application telemetry (A/B testing), cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, Azure, or AWS), and CI/CD systems. Geospatial & Visualization: Experience with GPS-based navigation, coordinate systems, and UI visualizations is a significant advantage.

We seek a seasoned engineer with exceptional UI development expertise, a thorough understanding of efficient state management, and a dedication to writing maintainable, scalable code. The perfect candidate will exhibit a customer-centric approach, a genuine enthusiasm for cross-platform development, and a drive to deliver intuitive user experiences.

  • Real-Time Data Processing: Create mobile and web user interfaces for visualizing maps, locations, and status data relevant to robotics applications.
  • Mission Control Tools: Design and develop interactive interfaces that facilitate the creation, editing, and automatic generation of robotic mission plans.
  • Streaming Integration: Implement and enhance low-latency video and telemetry streaming capabilities for both mobile and web clients.
  • Hardware Integration: Connect applications with embedded hardware and on-device systems (e.g., GPS/GNSS and custom radio).
  • Performance Optimization: Actively work to minimize latency in real-time data feeds through collaboration with backend and robotics teams.
  • Software Quality: Advocate for and adhere to modern development best practices within a cross-functional team, ensuring architectural clarity and writing clean, well-tested code.
  • Customer Focus: Engage directly with customers for requirements gathering, debugging, and enhancing user experiences.
