Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Full Cycle Account Executive for SMBs who excels in all phases of the sales process, from generating interest to closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with a track record of exceeding sales targets and who is eager to contribute to our rapidly expanding team. The OTE for this position is $108,000. Consistent overachievement (33% above quota) will lead to promotion to an Account Executive role.
Work Environment
This is an in-office position. Join us Monday through Thursday at 7am PST in our Culver City office, with remote work options available on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete sales cycle for SMB and Mid-Market accounts, from lead generation to deal closure.
Inbound leads will be allocated to those achieving the highest outbound-driven ARR.
Implement effective outbound and inbound sales strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Cultivate and sustain a healthy pipeline of SMB accounts, ensuring continuous engagement and systematic follow-up.
Leverage CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to monitor customer interactions and track sales progress.
Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas, significantly impacting the company's revenue growth.
Desired Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a proven history in a full cycle sales role, preferably in the SaaS technology sector or related fields.
Ability to independently manage and finalize sales cycles for SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
A strong entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating drive, initiative, and adaptability.
