We are a community-oriented pediatric therapy provider in Central Virginia, and we are expanding! We are searching for dedicated, playful, and mission-driven Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our vibrant team.
Our focus is on empowering children with special needs to achieve their full potential in a fun, creative, and nurturing environment. We genuinely put the FUN in functional!
As part of your role, you will:
• Conduct thorough evaluations utilizing standardized assessment tools
• Develop personalized IFSP, IEP, and clinic-based objectives
• Implement evidence-based, age-appropriate treatment plans
• Provide continuous documentation and progress reports to families, educational institutions, and early intervention teams
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists
• Deliver therapy across a variety of settings including clinic, home, and school
• Make a lasting impact through creativity, patience, and play
Requirements:
• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Virginia
• Strong understanding of communication, phonological, and oral-motor disorders
• Compassionate, playful, and motivated personality
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply!
