Role Overview

BRUM is hiring a Fullstack Developer (AI-Native) with 2-4 years of experience. This role focuses on using artificial intelligence to improve code quality and speed up development. The ideal candidate doesn’t just know AI tools but actively uses them to optimize daily work and maintain high standards.

This developer will work closely with the CTO and the tech team, building and managing product features as well as internal tools that support the company’s growth.

What You Will Do

Design and build end-to-end features for the BRUM platform, covering both backend and frontend.
Integrate Claude Code and Claude into your workflow to release features faster without sacrificing code quality.
Prototype and validate new product ideas quickly using real data before scaling them up.
Develop and maintain internal tools to support operations, sales, and marketing teams.
Work with designers and business stakeholders to turn needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
Help introduce and shape an AI-first workflow for the tech team, setting new development standards at BRUM.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
Strong knowledge of Python and React or React Native.
Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
Solid problem-solving skills and a drive to innovate.
