In this pivotal role within our operations team, you will leverage diverse data sources related to our customer base, onboarding processes, and community insights to gain a deeper understanding of user needs and drive enhancements for our customers.Your Key Responsibilities:- Continuously refine our data infrastructure, develop models, and promote self-service analytics across the organization.- Structure our datasets and perform intricate transformations using SQL and Python.- Conduct in-depth data analysis to address critical business questions.- Mentor your teammates on data literacy and analytics best practices.- Collaborate closely with business users, designers, product managers, and engineering teams.- Engage in a variety of tasks encompassing data ingestion, modeling, analysis, and storytelling.What We Are Looking For:- Exceptional skills in data modeling and integration.- Proficient coding abilities in SQL (capable of writing complex queries with 100+ lines) or Python (experience with 1k+ lines of object-oriented programming scripts).- Ability to visually represent business processes through models and charts.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer.- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related technical field is preferred.- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, dbt, Postgres/Redshift, Fivetran, dlt, dimensional modeling, data engineering, data science (machine learning), and AI/LLM is a plus.- Candidates should be located in UTC-3 to UTC-8 time zones.
