Key Responsibilities:

  • Take comprehensive ownership of the store’s P&L, maximizing revenue while ensuring labor and operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement a local strategy to boost sales through ticketed experiences, merchandise, and engaging in-store activities.
  • Create local programming and events that resonate with key cultural moments, holidays, and community interests to drive revenue and enhance foot traffic.
  • Employ guerrilla marketing tactics, forge local partnerships, and initiate community-building efforts to enhance brand visibility and attract new families.
  • Develop and execute selling strategies to elevate conversion rates and encourage guests to enhance their experience with additional products and services.
