Smartrmail is an AI-driven email marketing platform tailored for e-commerce, offering direct integrations with Shopify, BigCommerce, and Neto. About the Role
We are on the lookout for a commercially astute and strategically oriented General Manager to spearhead our Messaging division, which includes three rapidly growing B2B SaaS products catering to the e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate is a builder-operator capable of driving innovation within our existing portfolio while ambitiously developing the next generation of Agentic Messaging products.
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the division, encompassing revenue generation, profitability, product strategy, and operational execution. This role requires oversight of cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution to foster sustainable revenue growth.
The candidate must be a hands-on operator, adept at balancing strategic leadership with operational discipline and accountability for outcomes. A strong background in B2B SaaS, deep familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem (particularly with Shopify and related platforms), and experience managing middle management teams are essential for success in this role.
