Key Responsibilities
Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations within the workshop.
Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure the production of a quality finished product.
Work cohesively as a member of an integrated production team.
Excel in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
The Ideal Candidate
We seek a passionate individual with a hands-on approach. While this role is for trainees, the ideal candidate should possess some experience in:
Measuring and cutting materials such as wood, metal, or plastics.
General mechanical assembly.
Confident use of hand tools and basic cutting equipment for metal and wood.
Holding a full driving license is considered a plus.
Training Offered Over the Three-Year Program
We are dedicated to your professional development and will provide extensive, certified training, including:
Workshop Health and Safety training.
Certified training in steel and aluminium welding.
Operator training on modern CNC and Laser cutting equipment.
Certified City & Guilds applicable workshop module training.
Fork-lift and MEWP operator training.
Training in general fabrication and OEM product standards.
