We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager (German Speaking) with a solid background in Outbound Sales and Account Management within the Payments/FinTech sector to join our vibrant sales team at Lightspeed Commerce in Berlin. As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of clients in the hospitality and hotel industry, assisting them with our financial services to grow their businesses. Your Responsibilities
Exceptional Customer Service and consultancy for Lightspeed Capital
Building strong relationships as a trusted advisor and identifying new opportunities for financial services
Negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize revenue and client growth
Achieving sales targets through strategic account management and close collaboration with regional sales leaders
What You Bring
Experience in Outbound Sales, preferably with financial products
Proven success in meeting and exceeding targets
Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
Confident demeanor when interacting with executives and decision-makers
Eager for continuous learning, feedback, and personal growth
Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
Nice to Have (but not required)
Experience in the hospitality or hotel sector
Understanding of SaaS and consultative sales
Familiarity with Salesforce and sales pipeline management
Experience in the banking or financial services sector
