As a Global Account Manager for a leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology organization, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strategic relationships across different regions. Your focus will be to drive the successful implementation and growth of Databricks solutions globally. By collaborating with key stakeholders, you will gain insight into their business needs and challenges, utilizing Databricks' technology to create impactful solutions. You will provide a knowledgeable perspective on Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI, shaping and owning account strategies that guide clients towards comprehensive transformation using the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
Your Impact
- Craft and implement strategic account plans that align with customer business goals, industry trends, and Databricks’ growth objectives.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Deliver industry insights and innovative solutions to develop unique data and AI use cases that resonate with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and new units and brands, enhancing Databricks’ footprint and influence among technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and ecosystem partners to co-create and deliver business plans that enhance customer success aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
- Lead and inspire a virtual team comprising sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and partners to execute your account strategy effectively.
- Work closely with cloud partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and GSIs to drive collaborative selling motions and scale adoption.
- Act as the primary executive contact globally, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and facilitating successful negotiations among multiple stakeholders.
- Remain updated on industry trends, regulatory factors, and innovations in data and AI to inform both customer strategy and Databricks’ market positioning.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently exceeding client expectations and internal KPIs.
