About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Global Affiliate & Partnerships Specialist to elevate our Magic Beauty Stars ambassador program and enhance business growth through affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships. In this role, you will drive traffic and revenue while achieving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Order (CPO) goals on CharlotteTilbury.com. Your focus will include acquiring new customers, maximizing the value of our existing customer base, and balancing profitability with brand equity.

Your Responsibilities:

Grow and oversee the Charlotte Tilbury commercial Affiliate Ambassador programs, Magic Beauty Stars, by developing new opportunities and optimizing existing ones while meeting KPIs and budget constraints.
Manage the ongoing recruitment, incentive, and rewards program for Magic Beauty Stars, including supplier relationships and SaaS platforms, leveraging your technical expertise in affiliate network SaaS.
Achieve a 2X growth in ambassador recruitment.
Boost ambassador revenue growth by 3X.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders related to Magic Beauty Stars.
