As the Global Head of Production Support, you will play a pivotal role in our Cloud Support Engineering teams, which are critical to the success of the world’s leading financial institutions. This role goes beyond mere management; you will architect the global customer support experience and lead elite, distributed teams dedicated to supporting the Vault Platform, the cloud-native core banking and payments engine driving the next generation of global finance.
