Role Summary:

The Global Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our international expansion by managing the process from market feasibility studies to the operational launch in new countries. This multifaceted role requires a combination of strategic insight, regulatory acumen, and effective project management to ensure smooth integration into our global framework.

Key Responsibilities

Market Entry & Feasibility

  • Conduct in-depth market research for targeted regions.
  • Develop country entry business cases and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

Regulatory & Licensing

  • Lead the application process for licenses and permits with local authorities.
  • Collaborate with external consultants, legal teams, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of entity documents and regulatory changes.

Entity Setup & Operations

  • Oversee the establishment of entities, bank account openings, and recruitment processes in new markets.
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to achieve readiness for launch.

Localization & Product Readiness

  • Manage localization initiatives to adapt our app, website, payment systems, and customer support to each new market.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to ensure tailored user experiences.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor key expansion milestones, risks, and budgets, providing weekly updates to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers for ongoing and future market entries.

Post-Launch Integration

  • Ensure newly launched entities are effectively integrated within our global governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize accounting, HR, and operational processes.
