Catalyx is seeking a committed Distribution Specialist to oversee warehousing operations at our client site in Dublin for an initial contract duration of 12 months. In this role, you will undertake a variety of tasks such as receiving goods, sampling, handling materials, picking, shipping, and managing inventory within the customer’s distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine administrative and physical tasks associated with shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing customer products/inventory utilizing the SAP EBS system.
Input product movement and handling data into a computerized inventory system, ensuring accurate documentation of distribution activities.
Execute routine transactions in both internal and external computer systems as part of the distribution operations.
Strictly follow SOPs and cGMPs.
Prepare and dispatch products from the customer’s distribution center.
Prepare and reject products within the customer’s warehouse when necessary.
Inform relevant departments upon receipt, sampling, shipment, or processing of items as required.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, products, or samples to confirm compliance with specifications, verify documentation, and report deviations to the FSP Manager.
Assist in batch record documentation for primary and secondary packaging operations.
Support production investigations as necessary.
