talentpluto is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer (GTME) to help shape how the company engages with a focused set of high-value accounts. This role centers on building and managing a pipeline from a curated list of about 8,000 to 9,000 qualified companies. Success depends on running multi-touch outbound campaigns, retargeting, and driving lifecycle engagement. The work combines elements of sales and growth strategy, with hands-on responsibility for testing and refining outreach methods.
Location and Compensation
- Location: Remote (Preference for SF Bay Area or NYC)
- Compensation: $140K – $250K plus significant equity
- Experience: 2+ years
What You Will Do
- Run multi-touch outbound campaigns across a select group of high-value accounts using email, LinkedIn, and targeted calls.
- Re-engage a high-intent pipeline with creative approaches that go beyond standard sequences.
- Apply content and retargeting strategies, such as LinkedIn updates and founder outreach, to deepen engagement.
- Test different channels, messages, and timing to improve conversion rates.
- Segment accounts and target personas for more tailored outreach.
- Use and configure GTM tools and data systems to track performance and optimize results.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 2 years in SDR, BDR, growth, or GTM execution roles.
- Track record of generating pipeline through outbound and self-sourced efforts.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with technical tools (CRM, data, automation).
- Experience with multi-touch, personalized outreach.
- Background in a fast-paced or early-stage setting.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- FinTech or B2B SaaS background.
- Understanding of retargeting, lifecycle, or growth marketing concepts.
- Technical background (such as a CS degree or strong systems thinking).
- Experience turning event or inbound interest into pipeline.
- Knowledge of persona-based segmentation and targeted GTM motions.
