Role Overview
As a Go-To-Market Engineering Intern, you will be integral to Ethon’s commercial strategy, converting our go-to-market initiatives into effective campaigns and scalable systems.
Your primary responsibilities will include constructing, launching, and refining outbound and marketing workflows that empower our Commercial team to excel. You will engage directly with our GTM toolset, ensuring accuracy and scalability in segmentation, personalization, automation, and data integration.
Your contributions will directly influence the refinement of our go-to-market strategy. Through systematic experimentation and performance evaluation, you will provide insights that will enhance our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions, messaging, and channel prioritization. While your main focus will be on building and optimizing the outbound engine, you will also occasionally engage in outreach activities, such as attending events or making calls, to test new market ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and continually enhance outbound campaigns utilizing our GTM tools.
Evaluate performance metrics to extract insights and implement enhancements in targeting, messaging, and campaign configuration.
Collaborate with the Commercial team to optimize campaigns, integrate sales feedback, and standardize best practices and playbooks.
Assist marketing efforts with industry research and copywriting to align outbound messaging with broader brand positioning.
