Role Overview: Go-to-Market Manager (Tokyo)
The Go-to-Market Manager will focus on expanding Plaud's presence and revenue in Japan. This role blends strategy, analysis, and hands-on execution across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue in Japan by improving GMV, conversion rates, and profitability across direct-to-consumer (DTC), Amazon, and offline sales channels.
- Develop and execute data-driven go-to-market strategies, including pricing, promotions, and optimizing the channel mix.
- Analyze and improve performance throughout the sales funnel to boost ROI and efficiency.
- Lead e-commerce growth efforts, especially on Amazon and DTC platforms, with a focus on campaign planning, merchandising, and performance tracking.
- Define channel strategies and coordinate with other teams to turn market insights into actionable revenue plans.
