Located in Redditch, this is a 12-month international training initiative within a global organization.

Dive deep into the life cycle of controls software, from initial concept through project execution to customer support.
Participate in training events across Asia, America, and Europe alongside fellow program members.
Enhance your practical skills in embedded programming, cyber-physical systems, and integrated automation.
Engage in a combination of hands-on and classroom training, supplemented with distance learning.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

You possess some experience in Software Development using Structured Text, Java RT, C, C++, C#, or other hardware-oriented programming languages.
You have a passion for object-oriented analysis and design, with a keen interest in dynamic systems, predominantly in motion.
You are adaptable, a great team player, and eager to make a positive impact.
You keep up with innovations and trends in IT.
You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual abilities coupled with a hands-on approach.
You are flexible and enthusiastic about traveling (both office and site-based).
