Lansweeper is poised to unveil an innovative Free product that will transform our conventional time-limited trial into a use-forever, limited-capability experience. This pivotal change will redefine how potential users discover, evaluate, and integrate Lansweeper into their operations. As a Growth Account Executive, you will play an essential role in facilitating the transition of users from 'trying' to buying, at scale.
Your mission is clear and quantifiable: convert free users into paying customers through a data-driven, automated, low-touch sales strategy, personally engaging only when it significantly enhances conversion rates.
This role transcends traditional inside sales. It involves constructing a modern, product-led, programmatic sales engine where automation, AI signals, and user behavior catalyze buying intent, you will engage when human interaction can elevate conversion rates. Much of this sales engine is yet to be created; you will collaborate in designing, testing, and refining it continuously.
After users transition to paid subscriptions, you will co-create a streamlined, scalable onboarding and adoption experience that accelerates their return on investment. Current customers looking to expand their usage will also find value in this approach.
Your Responsibilities
Driving Free-to-Paid Conversion at Scale
- Take ownership of the conversion targets for free users transitioning to paying customers.
- Analyze user behavior, usage patterns, and AI-derived signals to pinpoint high-intent users at the optimal moment.
