  • Expand Opportunities: Identify and secure new business within existing accounts, ensuring consistent year-over-year revenue increases.

  • Balance Growth & Delivery: Allocate your time effectively between business development and oversight of consulting service delivery.

  • Stay Current: Quickly develop expertise in CapTech’s offerings while keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.

  • Deliver Value: Transform client needs into innovative solutions that yield measurable business outcomes.

  • Ensure Account Health: Manage the financial and operational aspects of accounts, including margins, forecasting, and resource allocation, to maintain long-term sustainability and growth.

  • Engage Clients Deeply: Focus on building relationships, preferably in person, and immerse yourself in client cultures and leadership forums to foster trust and establish CapTech as a strategic ally.

  • Lead with Agility: Respond swiftly to changing client priorities and market conditions to ensure CapTech’s relevance and trustworthiness.

  • Ensure Delivery Excellence: Guide cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and address issues promptly to uphold client satisfaction.
