About the Role
At Warp, we are an engineering-centric company dedicated to revolutionizing automated back-office operations. We are on the lookout for a Growth Engineer who is eager to be part of our early story and help us establish a dominant market presence.
As a Growth Engineer at Warp, you will be positioned at the vital crossroads of engineering, data analysis, and growth strategy. Your role will involve executing high-impact, metrics-driven technical projects that directly contribute to our mission of eradicating HR operations overhead for startups. Collaborating with engineering, sales, and growth teams, you will construct the data infrastructure, automation tools, and analytical capabilities that will fuel our rapid expansion.
This opportunity allows you to tackle complex technical challenges while witnessing immediate business impact. You will design revenue operations systems that optimize our sales processes, develop growth tools that expedite customer acquisition, and establish the technical framework that equips our sales and marketing teams with superior data, automation, and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Experimentation and Optimization: Develop and refine product and marketing technical projects aimed at achieving a tenfold growth for Warp.
Data Analysis and Product Knowledge: Evaluate growth metrics to guide the sales, marketing, and product teams.
Platform Engineering: Construct robust platform features, integrations, and dashboards that enhance operational efficiency.
