About the job
HiPeople builds an AI Hiring Platform that streamlines screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks. By automating these steps, HiPeople helps recruiting teams focus on people, not paperwork.
Our platform supports brands like the NFL, Zapier, Celonis, and DAZN. We’re backed by investors and founders including Mattias Ljungman (Moonfire), Capnamic, Cherry, André Christ (LeanIX, an SAP company), Mirko Novakovic (Instana/Dash0), Micha Hernandez (Fiberplane), and others.
Role Overview
HiPeople is hiring a Growth Intern to help shape our go-to-market strategy as we work toward $10M ARR and beyond. This role is open to candidates who can work remotely or from Berlin.
Growth Interns work directly with the founders, analyze real revenue data, and run daily growth experiments. When a strategy works, you’ll help scale it and build repeatable processes. With a small team of fewer than 20, every person has a visible impact. This internship provides hands-on experience with sales, customers, and company leadership.

- Own challenges from start to finish, regardless of your prior experience.
- Plan, launch, and optimize growth campaigns (including webinars and email sequences).
- Track and analyze campaign results, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Use Claude for quick learning, data analysis, and task execution.
- Turn complex data from HubSpot, Clay, spreadsheets, and other sources into actionable insights.
- Design and run experiments on messaging, targeting, outreach, and routing.
- Handle a variety of tasks to keep projects moving: building lists, managing data, writing emails, tracking, and refining processes.
