Today, we are a thriving B2B SaaS company valued at $150 million, serving over 40,000 sales teams globally.

Currently, we generate one-third of our revenue from the US market, but we are looking to take control of this growth.

Our growth has primarily come from:

  • Word of mouth

  • Self-service signups

  • Limited sales-led deals

While it’s happening, it's not engineered, predictable, or scaled.

Our goal for 2026 is to scale our US sales initiatives and make a significant impact.

Join us as a Growth Lead to Drive US Sales Pipeline

We’re seeking a highly entrepreneurial Go-To-Market (GTM) operator to help us create a qualified sales pipeline within the US B2B tech ecosystem.

Your mission: Convert awareness into SQLs, and presence into revenue.

You will collaborate closely with:

  • Our CEO

  • Our CMO and VP of Growth

  • The US Sales team

In this role, you will have the freedom to operate independently, manage a budget, and be evaluated based on the pipeline generated and revenue produced. A portion of your compensation will be performance-based, directly linked to the success of your initiatives.

Important: Candidates must be based in San Francisco or New York (or within reasonable travel distance) to foster essential relationships, attend industry events, and engage with the US startup ecosystem directly.

Core Objective

The US tech landscape thrives on trust, networks, and founder connections. Relying solely on paid acquisition is insufficient.

We need to:

Be present where early-stage B2B tech founders and GTM teams are active.

Target Focus:

  • Rapidly growing B2B startups

  • Companies with 10–100 employees

  • Companies from Seed to Series B funding
