Are you ready to take the reins of the complete go-to-market strategy at one of Europe's most rapidly expanding AI startups? As the inaugural marketing hire in a company boasting eight-figure annual recurring revenue (ARR) and impressive month-on-month growth of 20–30%, you will play a pivotal role in defining how our groundbreaking product reaches its audience. This is your opportunity!

Your Responsibilities

We are searching for an exceptional growth marketer to establish and manage Solve's GTM function from the ground up. This position focuses on demand generation, not branding. You will be part of a dynamic, ambitious team, creating the marketing framework that propels us from eight figures to nine.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a Demand Generation Engine. You will lead multi-channel growth strategies encompassing SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, email campaigns, events, and partnerships. Every initiative you implement should be measurable, and you will be accountable for the marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline.

  • Defining Positioning and Messaging. Our target audience consists of senior patent attorneys and IP counsels who are discerning and hard to impress. Collaborating closely with the founders and our patent attorney team, you will craft messaging that builds their trust.

  • Managing Marketing Infrastructure. You will be responsible for building and overseeing analytics, attribution, tools, and processes from scratch.

  • Creating Content from Domain Expertise. Patent law is complex, and producing quality content requires a deep understanding of patent attorneys' roles. You will cultivate this knowledge and transform it into impactful content.

  • Brand Evolution. Solve has achieved eight-figure ARR without a dedicated marketing function. You will define our brand's identity as we grow, ensuring coherence and ambition across all channels and markets.

  • Building the Marketing Function. As the first marketing hire, you will have the autonomy to shape our marketing landscape.
