About the job

Cadmus is looking for a Growth Marketer to strengthen its presence among specialized communities that shape assessment decisions. The focus is on building Cadmus' reputation within these networks and turning increased visibility into a consistent stream of new opportunities.

This position relies on Cadmus' strong customer advocacy and established evidence base, providing a solid platform for demand generation, field marketing, and event strategies. The Growth Marketer will use these resources to drive growth and help set the stage for expansion into the US market.

This is a hands-on marketing role. The Growth Marketer reports to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and partners closely with the Product Marketer to develop content and campaigns that support business goals.

What you will do

  • Engage directly with communities and networks that influence assessment decisions.
  • Implement demand generation, field marketing, and event strategies to build pipeline and strengthen brand presence.
  • Work with the Product Marketer to develop content and campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Assist with Cadmus' entry into the US market by identifying and testing key channels and events.

Measuring success

Within the first year, success in this role will include:

  1. Building a demand generation engine for the UK and Australian markets. This involves driving qualified conversations with institutional leaders such as Deans, Pro Vice-Chancellors, and senior academic officials, while supporting the sales team.
  2. Securing Cadmus' presence at major events and within influential communities. Delivering targeted conference strategies and hosting high-value roundtables to strengthen Cadmus' reputation among institutional buyers.
  3. Developing reporting frameworks that connect marketing spend to pipeline results. Supplying the team with clear insights into which channels, campaigns, and events have the greatest commercial impact.
  4. Laying the foundation for US market entry. Identifying, testing, and evaluating the most relevant US higher education channels, communities, and events to ensure an effective early presence.

Location

This position is based in London, England, United Kingdom.
