The Role
Ravio has achieved a strong product-market fit, growing at an impressive rate of 15x over the last two years, supported by a well-resourced marketing team with significant autonomy, a self-service product experience, and a growth engineering team focused on optimizing the customer journey.
We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist to ignite our self-service growth.
In this pivotal role, you will take charge of self-serve acquisition strategies, designing and executing experiments across multiple channels to substantially boost sign-ups, pipeline, and revenue generated through our self-service platform.
You will collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing, receiving strategic guidance and support from a vibrant cross-functional team, while enjoying the freedom to innovate and scale effective initiatives. This role is about discovering the next big opportunity, not just incremental growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance self-serve acquisition (50% of your focus)
Analyze self-service data and channel performance (including paid search, LinkedIn organic and paid, SEO) to pinpoint future growth opportunities
Create testing roadmaps and prioritize high-impact experiments
Collaborate with Growth Engineering on product enhancements, ensuring an optimal self-service experience
