We are seeking a proactive Growth Marketing and Demand Generation Manager to spearhead the development and scaling of our demand generation efforts.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who approaches growth scientifically: developing hypotheses, conducting structured experiments, analyzing results, and refining strategies based on findings.

Your primary objective will be to drive qualified traffic, increase trial signups, enhance activation, and boost conversions across both self-serve and sales-assisted funnels, prioritizing clarity, simplicity, and scalable customer journeys.

You will work closely with our CEO to influence go-to-market strategies and collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Content teams to convert demand into revenue.

Success in this role hinges on your ability to merge analytical rigor with sound judgment, collaborative spirit, and a deep understanding of customer purchasing behavior.

Ideal candidates will possess experience marketing a Shopify app, with familiarity in Shopify App Store advertisements, driving installs, and transforming trial users into paying customers. You should be equally at ease with spreadsheets and crafting compelling ad copy, and have a keen interest in A/B testing and conversion optimization.
