Position Overview

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will take charge of Flockler's marketing initiatives from conception to implementation, leading a dynamic team and managing relationships with external agencies. We seek a proactive individual eager to dive into a fast-paced product environment and spearhead growth.

You will collaborate closely with two other marketing experts and oversee partnerships with agencies (e.g., Webflow, paid advertising). As the primary user of HubSpot, your responsibilities will include optimizing our marketing automation, lead management, and reporting systems. Additionally, you will partner with our General Manager, Customer Success, Account Management, and Engineering teams to develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies, enhance our marketing operations, and drive pipeline growth. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a relentless drive to take action are essential for this role.
