Role Overview

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the marketing initiatives for Flockler, guiding our strategy from inception to execution. You will lead a passionate team and manage key agency partnerships, working collaboratively to drive growth in a dynamic product environment.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with two marketing professionals and maintain relationships with external agencies (e.g., Webflow, paid advertising). As the primary owner of HubSpot, you will optimize our marketing automation, lead management, and reporting systems. You will partner with the General Manager, Customer Success, Account Management, and Engineering teams to develop and implement effective Go-To-Market strategies, manage marketing operations, and enhance pipeline growth. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach are essential to succeed in this role.
