Growth Marketing Manager

At Composio, we are revolutionizing communication tools for agents by integrating them with platforms such as GitHub, Gmail, Notion, Salesforce, and more. Our dedicated engineering team is tackling complex challenges to create an efficient bridge between agents and their essential tools.

Having secured a $25 million Series A funding from Lightspeed, backed by prominent figures including Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel), Dharmesh Shah (CTO of HubSpot), and Gokul Rajaram, we have seen remarkable growth. Earlier this year, we tripled our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), boasting a diverse clientele ranging from renowned startups to established companies like Wabi, Glean, and Zoom.

Location: San Francisco, in-office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead End-to-End Paid Acquisition. Manage and optimize advertising spend across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. You will direct agency efforts while ensuring accountability for results.

  • Develop Influencer and Partnership Channels. Identify and collaborate with key creators on platforms like X, YouTube, and in podcasts. Conduct negotiations, manage briefs, track performance, and iterate on strategies.

  • Oversee Newsletter and Sponsored Content Strategy. Identify ideal development-focused newsletters and podcasts to sponsor, test campaigns, measure outcomes, and refine approaches accordingly.

  • Understand Our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Engage with customers, interview prospects, and analyze usage data to clearly define our target audience, their needs, and why they choose us over competitors. Use this understanding to guide all campaigns and creative briefs.

  • Manage Agencies like a Principal. Set the strategic direction for agency partnerships, review all content and creative outputs, and drive continuous improvement. Address underperformance proactively.

  • Consider the Entire Customer Journey. Collaborate with the product team to ensure a seamless transition from ad engagement to landing page and product experience. A successful campaign is ineffective if it leads to a dead end.

  • Communicate Product Value Effectively. Clearly explain Composio’s offerings to prospects, provide demonstrations as needed, and translate technical details into relatable value propositions for developers and engineering leaders.

  • Embrace Experimentation. Explore various marketing channels, including physical advertising, events, and emerging platforms. Adopt a framework for rapid testing and maintain an open mind regarding outcomes.
