Role Overview
As a member of the Growth team at Numeral, you will thrive at the crossroads of experimentation and execution. You will take ownership of projects that span paid media, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), content partnerships, website enhancements, lifecycle marketing, and any innovative channels we choose to explore next, or that you identify as opportunities.
Your role will not be limited to a single focus area. One month, you might drive the launch and optimization of paid advertising campaigns; the next, you might collaborate with creators or design new acquisition pathways. You may find yourself revamping crucial website content, uncovering entirely new customer growth avenues, or even spearheading entry into new market segments.
This position is tailored for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, swiftly transition from concept to execution, and prioritize measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to determine effective strategies and then scale those efforts.
