Role Overview
We are on a quest to transform the staffing industry, and our Market Takeover (MTO) team is leading this initiative by hosting vibrant, in-person events nationwide to enhance sales and elevate the Clipboard brand to new heights. We are in search of a passionate and innovative Growth Strategy Associate to join our MTO team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in amplifying the Clipboard brand and driving growth through engaging events. This position offers the opportunity to travel across the United States, where you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including boosting event attendance, overseeing event logistics, and fostering professional relationships that evolve from initial interactions to lasting partnerships. If you thrive in dynamic environments, have a flair for marketing and events, and are eager to make a tangible impact while connecting with customers in multiple ways, be it over the phone, at their locations, or during our events, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Travel up to 50% of the month to various U. S. cities to support and execute in-person events.
Engage with event participants to cultivate community and establish strong relationships with potential clients face-to-face.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from event engagement to deal closure.
