About the Role
We are seeking a full-time GTM Automation Engineer to design, automate, and enhance our outbound growth systems. This hybrid position merges expertise in Clay automation, light engineering skills, outbound infrastructure management, experimentation, and impactful copywriting.
In this role, you will construct and oversee the driving force behind our outbound initiatives: Clay workflows, enrichment pipelines, domain infrastructure, multi-tool integrations, personalization systems, and data analytics dashboards. You will conduct high-velocity experiments, create conversion-oriented outbound copy, troubleshoot deliverability issues, and scale outreach to hundreds of thousands of leads.
Collaboration with our marketing, product, and sales teams will be essential, but you will have significant ownership and autonomy over your domain. The systems you develop will directly influence our pipeline, revenue, and go-to-market strategies. This is a high-impact, technical role situated at the crossroads of engineering and growth, where your contributions will have a profound effect.
Responsibilities
You will take charge of the complete outbound automation ecosystem, including:
1. Clay Workflows & Lead Infrastructure
- Develop sophisticated Clay workflows for data scraping, enrichment, verification, scoring, routing, and personalized outreach.
- Utilize APIs, webhooks, and custom coding to streamline data pipelines.
- Create ideal customer profile (ICP) logic, triggering systems, and multi-step lead processes.
2. Multi-Domain Email Infrastructure, Deliverability, Verification
- Configure hundreds to thousands of domains, including warming, DNS, DMARC, DKIM, and SPF setups.
- Establish scalable campaign systems in Instantly, leveraging Apollo data.
- Master email verification tools such as LeadMagic and BounceBan.
- Ensure deliverability and sending health across all domains.
- Implement verification, data cleansing, and bounce prevention methods.
3. Experiments & Optimization
- Launch multiple outbound experiments weekly, measuring their effectiveness, and continuously optimizing for success.
