Role overview
The GTM Manager introduces Ethonai to top manufacturers and manages relationships from the first meeting through contract signing. This role shapes how Ethonai approaches the market: identifying key segments, crafting messaging, and creating team playbooks. Close collaboration with founders and cross-functional teams is central, with a focus on guiding decisions that support company growth.
Success in this role means navigating complex sales cycles and building trust with cautious industrial clients. Negotiations can be intricate, and gaining traction often takes persistence and extra effort.

GTM team members combine technical know-how with commercial focus. There is no set script, adaptability and initiative are essential. The GTM Manager’s work spans three main areas:
- Sales: Direct engagement with plant managers, operations leaders, and process engineers who oversee high-value production lines.
