Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospective listing agents: Introduce Roam to potential agent partners and articulate our value propositions. Drive outreach campaigns: Utilize platforms such as Hubspot, Aircall, and Heymarket to engage leads via phone, email, and SMS. Manage a dynamic pipeline: Ensure conversations are organized and active, maintaining detailed notes and follow-ups in our CRM. Act quickly and thoughtfully: Respond to inquiries with care, ensuring every customer has a smooth and respectful initial interaction. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside Product, Operations, Marketing, Business Operations, and Engineering teams to refine our strategies. Represent the voice of the customer: Relay insights and trends from the field to inform product and strategy development. Your Profile:Self-motivated: You thrive on initiative and enjoy independently solving problems and advancing deals. Empathetic communicator: You excel at listening to others, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions.
