What Sets You Apart:Education:Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience:A minimum of 3 years in hardware and software development or related roles is preferred. Experience with infotainment or ADAS testing systems is advantageous. Know-How:In-depth knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, I2C, etc.). Comprehensive understanding of hardware and software in the context of testing systems. Proficiency in writing technical specifications and managing supplier relationships. Familiarity with calibration, operation, and maintenance of test equipment is beneficial. Languages:Fluency in English is required. Working Style & Methods:Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

As a Hardware and Software Test System Engineer at Bosch, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to industrializing test systems for Radar, instrumentation, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Your pivotal role will enhance the quality and reliability of systems designed to make driving safer on a global scale.

  • Design and optimize hardware and software test systems tailored for automotive radar and ADAS technologies.
  • Develop technical concepts, draft requirement specifications, and assist in the sourcing process.
  • Engage with suppliers throughout the development and assembly of test equipment.
  • Drive enhancements for existing machinery and test systems.
  • Provide training to operators and maintenance teams on the calibration, operation, and upkeep of sophisticated equipment in Bosch facilities worldwide.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, promote knowledge transfer, and ensure structured communication within the organization.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address and solve complex technological challenges.
