Know-howExtensive understanding of automotive communication protocols and broadcast standards;Strong foundation in RF testing and high-frequency measurement methodologies. LanguagesProficiency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus. Working Style & MethodsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently within cross-functional teams;Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing intricate technical topics;Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Your role in shaping the future:

  • Become a vital part of the industrialization process for automotive infotainment test systems, emphasizing RF testing, high-frequency measurements, and adherence to broadcast communication standards;
  • Design and specify hardware and software architectures for innovative test stations based on project specifications;
  • Collaborate with suppliers throughout the development and construction phases of test machinery, ensuring adherence to technical and quality standards;
  • Conduct machine acceptance evaluations in line with Bosch quality requirements and automotive industry benchmarks;
  • Engage in the installation and commissioning of new production lines, both domestically and internationally;
  • Integrate cutting-edge test system technologies into production environments successfully;
  • Plan, organize, and execute testing activities in accordance with established test protocols;
  • Identify and implement technological innovations that enhance the cost-effectiveness, performance, and efficiency of test systems and products;
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation for test systems, facilitating knowledge transfer among teams;
  • Install new equipment, create and commission test programs, and conduct measurement capability assessments;
  • Review, validate, and document test outcomes to ensure dependable and consistent processes;
  • Provide technical support for sample and series production;
  • Track key performance indicators (FPY, retest rate, test time) and advocate for continuous improvement initiatives.
