About the Role:

We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and multifaceted Program Manager to spearhead the successful execution of new product and sustaining projects within our Operations organization. In this essential role, your contributions will significantly influence product quality, market readiness, operational productivity, and the scalability of our manufacturing processes, as we introduce groundbreaking autonomous drones and infrastructure, all produced in our state-of-the-art American factory.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Collaborate across teams including product development, engineering, reliability, customer service, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and production, to meticulously plan and execute the development, implementation, and support of innovative hardware products.

  • Establish objectives, deliverables, and metrics for projects, ensuring clear exit criteria for each phase to meet schedule, cost, quality, and capacity targets. Facilitate internal operations and production readiness meetings.

  • Manage project planning and tracking, communicate progress, and escalate issues as necessary, leading risk management and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead program review meetings in partnership with cross-functional program managers to provide succinct and actionable status updates, gather critical feedback, and convey risks effectively.

  • Enhance and develop processes for supply chain, manufacturing, and quality, ensuring timely completion of operational deliverables for successful project outcomes.

  • Coordinate and prioritize post-ramp qualification and sustaining activities, which include product enhancements, international expansion efforts, transitions to and from contract manufacturers, engineering builds, system-level testing, ECO implementation, and end-of-life strategies.
