Your Responsibilities
As the head of the Cost and Construction Management unit, you will be responsible for the economic and qualitative success of construction projects. We are looking for a committed leader who can develop structures and establish processes. Your areas of responsibility include:
- Cost Management: Budget creation, monitoring, and economic analysis
- Construction Management: Planning and controlling all construction measures
- Team Leadership: Expansion and development of a high-performing team
- Process Optimization: Efficiency enhancement through improvement measures
- Risk Management: Early detection and minimization of potential risks
- Communication: Coordination with internal and external partners
- Reporting: Budget overviews and variance analyses
What Else Matters to Us
- Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in a leadership position
- Qualification: Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, in-depth knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and laws
