Position: Head of Engineering

Location: Paris 9th, France

Compensation: Base €110-150k + Options: €100-200k (gross value)

We are looking for an accomplished people manager, team leader, and hands-on software engineer who is enthusiastic about devising straightforward solutions to complex challenges, whether related to product or software. You excel at fostering growth and empowering teams to create significant impacts. You possess experience in designing and developing intricate, mission-critical products and systems, witnessing their evolution from one engineer to multiple teams. Your leadership exemplifies high standards, a growth mindset, and strong teamwork.

As the Head of Engineering, you will report directly to Mathias, our co-CEO, collaborating closely with him and the Product team to transition from a flat structure to mission-oriented teams. You will oversee all software delivery and establish goals for the engineering team. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, supporting, and nurturing our culture of product engineering, innovation, and pragmatism within the engineering department.
